Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi

1. Parties

This agreement is made between the customer ("Buyer") and the cafe business ("Seller") regarding food and beverage order services.

2. Service Description

The Seller agrees to provide the products and services as specified in the order confirmation.

3. Price and Payment

• Total price is as stated in the order confirmation
• Payment must be completed at the time of ordering
• Prices include VAT where applicable

4. Right of Withdrawal

As per consumer protection regulations, the Buyer may cancel within the specified timeframe. Refund policies apply as stated in our Terms of Service.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, Turkish consumer courts have jurisdiction.
